An amazing customer contacted us about making a custom “Natural Edge” table and a swinging couch! I was intrigued by the creativity of the project and excited to get started. For the top we found large cherry timbers and had them milled down to the appropriate thickness. The legs were made of large poplar tree trunks!
The 12 foot swinging couch was constructed with rustic cherry boards and heavy beams to ensure stability. We choose 2″ diameter nautical rope and made support under the structure to attach the rope to the ceiling.
